Stefanie Erin Canright graduated from Emory College with a B.A. in Psychology in 2000. Originally from San Juan Capistrano, California, Stefanie was president of her sorority, Delta Delta Delta, and was very active in her local community both at Emory and at home in California.

Stefanie was a great lover of travel and adventure, as well as a proponent of education continuing outside the classroom. “Tragically, Stefanie passed away in 2004, but her memory lives on in the form of the Stefanie Canright Scholarship Fund for Special Camp for Special Kids. Campers and counselors are able to request need-based scholarships in order to attend a week of Special Camp for Special Kids.

To honor the memory of Stefanie's life, her family and friends established the Stefanie Canright Scholarship Fund for Special Camp.

The scholarship will enable Stefanie's love of Special Camp and her passion for her community to live on forever.
